I am starting this blog as a companion while I dive into the world of Vedic Physics.
First, why am I diving into Physics, that too Vedic Physics?
Physics has always been my favourite subject all throughout my school/college life. Probably because it helps me understand things around me at the very basic level. Like every human being I too have a lot of meta physical questions of things around me - how the universe was created, why it was created, who made the laws, why things work the way they do and more! Modern Physics, though it helps us understand these questions up to some level, has still not been able to uncover the answers. In that case, the only way I have come to know to get answers to my questions is through the ancient Indian knowledge of the Vedic scriptures. Hence, this journey.
If Vedic knowledge is to be trusted, it apparently has all the knowledge one would need to understand everything around and inside oneself - from the smallest of particles and sub-particles to the biggest of stars and galaxies. I don’t know if that is true or not. But I am starting this exploration to see if it can lead me to the answers.
It won’t be an easy journey because Vedic knowledge is very difficult to decipher. Imagine having a small piece of note that you know has all the answers. But it is so condensed, and ciphered that only a few brilliant minds have successfully understood the true meaning in the past. To help me I have bought some text material called Ved Vigyan Alok by Shri Acharya Agnivrat Naishthik, learnings from which I would be posting here regularly.
Why this blog?
It solves 2 purposes for me:
To act as a notebook of my learnings from the book Ved Vigyan Alok and beyond.
To act as a public forum for discussion on the notes I post here. Because honestly, deciphering the Vedic knowledge isn’t possible by me alone since I am neither a Physics nor a Sanskrit Scholar. I would need help from each of you who are similarly curious to uncover the working of this universe.
So I welcome you all to my journey. Immensely excited about the learnings ahead. See you in the next post, soon!
